If you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund minus shipping and handling costs. All returns must be sent within 15 days of receipt and must be in original, re-sellable condition. We refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of receiving your return. Exchanges are also processed within 14 business days of receiving your return. PLEASE NOTE: When requesting an exhange, the customer is responsible for shipping charges. We refund shipping costs only if the return is due to our error.
